Problem Statement:
The problem is that we need to display a striped rectangle in python. The number of rows and columns is input by the user. The program will input the number of rows and store them in “n” and columns in “m”. If the user inputs 3 and 4 respectively, the program will display 4 pluses and minuses 3 times consecutively. You can see the sample input and output in the section below.
